3 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 bottle white cooking wine or around 1/4-1/2 bottle white drinking wine
1 small container of sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350º

Place uncooked chicken in a casserole dish.

Mix the mushroom soup and wine together in a bowl and pour over the chicken, cook until chicken is done.

While chicken is cooking, make white rice.

Remove chicken from the dish and pour the soup mixture into a bowl and mix in sour cream.

Serve the sauce over the chicken and rice.

This dish goes well with peas.

You can adjust the recipe to your liking, more sour cream, less wine...if you use less wine add water to the soup mixture to thin .
