1 Cup Whipping Cream
1 Cup Half and Half
1/4 cup corn syrup
dash of salt
2 squares of Bakers Unsweetened Chocolate

Directions:
Use Silver Spoon. Combine all ingredients in Large heavy pan. Combine all ingredients and place pan on cold stove. Turn to high heat and stir until it comes to a boil. As soon as it starts to boil, take spoon out and put candy thermometer in. Reduce heat to medium low and cook to 230 degrees
