1 cup firmly packed brown Sugar
2 Cups Cream
1/4 cups Corn Syrup
Dash of salt

Use Silver Spoon. Combine all ingredients in heavy 4-quart pan. Put on cold stove and turn to high heat. Stir until it comes to a boil. As soon as it starts to boil, take spoon out and put candy thermometer in. Reduce heat to medium low and cook to 230 degrees
