1 batch divinity -- roll divinity into log and put in freezer.
Caramel:
2 cups Can Milk
2 cups sugar
2/3 cups corn syrup
4 TLB. flour
4 TLB..Corn Starch
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cube Butter

4 cups smashed Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Make divinity, roll in log and place in freezer.
Get a large heavy sauce pan and mix together the canned milk, sugar, and corn syrup. Cool until soft ball. In a bowl mix flour and corn starch together. Melt 1 cube butter. Add flour, corn starch and Vanilla. Add this mixture to Caramel on the stove. Cook to firm ball. Keep Stirring. Keep it warm.
~~When Carmen is done, put frozen divinity log in carmel using spoon with holes in to cover caramel. Roll into pecans which are smashed and on a cookie sheet. When covered, place divinity/caramel /pecan log carefully on another cookie sheet. Wrap in Saran Wrap. Keep in Cool place, preferably the refrigerator.
