3 c. peeled & sliced fresh peaches
1 (6 oz.) graham cracker pie crust
1 (4 serving) pkg. sugar-free vanilla cook &
serve pudding.
1 (4 serving) pkg. sugar-free lemon jello
6 T. graham cracker crumbs
2 T. chopped pecans
2 T. flaked coconut
1/2 c. Cool Whip Lite
1 1/2 c. water

Preheat oven to 375º.
Layer peaches in crust. In medium saucepan, combine dry pudding mix, dry jello & water. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens & starts to boil, stirring often. Remove from heat. Spoon hot mixture over peaches. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, pecans & coconut. Evenly sprinkle crumb mixture over filling. Bake 35 to 40 min. Cool 30 min. Refrigerate. Serve with Cool Whip.
