6 oz. box wild rice, cooked
12 pieces pre-cooked bacon, chopped into small pieces
1 T canola oil
½ cup onion, chopped
2 c. milk
2 c. Velveeta (1/2 of 2# box), cubed
1 pt. half & half
1 can cream of potato soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can mushrooms w/juice
10 oz. chicken breasts, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice per directions on box. In skillet, place oil and onion. Saute until onion is transluscent. Chop up bacon and add to cooked onion.

In microwaveable bowl, combine Velveeta and milk. Microwave 2 minutes. Stir. Continue microwaving at 1 minute intervals until cheese is melted. In a large pot, combine all above ingredients and cook until heated through. Do not boil.

Add in bacon, rice, onion, and chicken.
