1 1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1/8 t salt
3/4 c. light corn syrup
1 c. thin cream
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt together, stirring until sugar is completely dissolved. Add cream very slowly, stirring constantly. Cook until syrup thickens or until it reaches 228 degrees. Serve hot.
