4 6-oz.salmon fillets
1 med. onion, sliced
1 lg. lemon, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. pepper



For Sauce:
3/4 c. butter or olive oil
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 1/2 T. soy sauce
2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
4 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
In a small sauce pan combine all sauce ingredients. Mix well and heat until hot, but not boiling. Place salmon fillets in foil with skin side down. Sprinkle flesh side with pepper, then layer with onions and lemon slices. Seal fillets with foil and place on medium-hot grill with flesh side down, cooking about 10 minutes. Turn over and cook skin side down another 10-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and is a light pink throughout the fillet. To serve, remove lemon slices and top with sauce.
