1 Lb Pork cut into cubes
1 Egg (slightly beaten)
1 Tsp Corn Starch
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Water
1/2 Tsp Salt
3 C Oil
1/2 Cornstarch
2 Green Peppers
1 Red Pepper
1 C Pineapple Chunks
1/4 C Sugar
1/4 C Water
1/4 C Ketchup
1 Tbsp Cornstarch
1 Tsp Oil

Mix egg, cornstarch, soy sauce, and water. Marinate pork for one hour. Heat oil in wok on high to 350º. While oil is heating, coat pork cubes in cornstarch. Fry pork until lightly brown and crispy, then remove from oil and drain. Pour off all but 2 Tbsp of oil from Wok. Add peppers and pineapple to oil for 2 minutes. Add sugar, water, and ketchup to cornstarch, and mix with pork and vegetables.
