1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 c uncooked instant rice
1/2 c water
1/3 c finely chopped onion
1 tsp garlic salt
1/8 tsp pepper
15 oz can tomato sauce or juice
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 c water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a bowl, combine the rice, 1/2 c water, onion, garlic salt and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls. Place in a casserole dish. Combine the 1 cup water, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meatballs. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 45 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
