1 1/2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 C Cornmeal
1 C Milk
1 C Creamed Corn
2 Eggs
1 Lb Hot Sausage
1/3 C Onion
1/3 C Green Pepper
1/3 C Red Pepper
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
1 Tsp Salt
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and mix all ingredients together. Pour into a 9x13 pan. Bake for 30-40 Minutes at 400º.
