2 cups sugar
1 cup shortening
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. butter flavor
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 pkg. German Sweet Chocolate
1 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, flavors, and buttermilk. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to sugar and shortening. Mix well. Add softened chocolate and blend together. Grease a 9" stem pan. Bake @ 1 1/2 hours at 300. Remove cake and allow to cool.
