Bread Pudding;
3 C Soft Bread Crumbs
2 C Milk
1/4 C Butter
1/2 C Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 C Raisins

Grandmas Warm Butter Sauce;
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C White Sugar
2 T Flour
1 1/2 C Water
1/2 C Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla
12 oz Pecan Halves

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Place bread in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Blend in scalded milk with butter then add sugar, slightly beaten eggs, salt, cinnamon, and raisins. Place in cake pan of hot water 1" deep. Bake 40-45 minutes.
For sauce: Cook sugars, flour, and water together until clear. Add butter and continue cooking until butter in melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla and pecans. Pour over bread pudding.
