one cup milk eight oz. sharp cheddar
two eggs beaten one in half cup oil 1 in a half cup jalapeņo pepper
one in half teaspoon baking soda
one cup of cornmeal
1 16 oz. can cream style corn
one medium onion

Directions:
Directions:
First, mix all expect onion and pepper . Next ,pour half oz. mixture on pan add onion cheese and jalapeņo . Then. pour in remaining mixture . Last, sprinkle extra on top. Final ,bake 1 hour @ 325.
