6 medium baking potatoes
1 c sour cream
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c chopped red or green onion
1/2 c dill pickle relish
1 tsp celery seed
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp coarsely ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes into 1" cubes. Boil potatoes until just tender. Drain potatoes, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and celery seed. Stir in the onions, sour cream and mayonnaise. Refrigerate at least 3 - 4 hours or overnight before serving.
