4 to 5 overly ripe bananas
2 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
3/4 cups butter or margarine
6 T sour cream
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup chopped nuts if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 325º

Combine bananas and sugar and set aside. Combine eggs, butter and sour cream
Sift dry ingredients together

Combine banana mixture and egg mixture and beat until smooth. Gradually add flour mixture, blending well. Pour into greased loaf bans and bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
