6 cups boiling water
1 ½ cups instant grits
Boil 3 min.

Add to hot grits:

¼ lb. Grated Velveeta cheese
½ lb. grated cheddar cheese
½ stick margarine or butter

Mix & Beat:

3 eggs
1 Tsp. Hot Sauce
1 Tsp. Paprika
1 Tsp. Accent
3 Shakes Garlic Salt
2 Tsp. Salt

Pour into a greased pan 13x 9 pan 350 for 30-45 min. till lightly brown on the top.
