8 oz. cheddar cheese shredded
1/4 cup diced onion (I never put onion in these)
1 c. chopped pimento olives
Mayonaise (not Miracle Whip) to mix all together

Directions:
Lightly broil both sides of rye bread. Mix ingredients together until it is the right consistancy. You can adjust the ingredients to suit you taste. Spread on the bread and broil 2-3 more minutes until brown and bubbly.

I never do the broiling part, I just put the mixture on the bread and cook at about 400 degrees until brown and bubbly. About 15-20 minutes.
