"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

1 box yellow cake mix
fresh strawberries
1 8oz. package cream cheese(room temp.)
1 8oz. cool whip
1/2 cup regular sugar
1 cup confectioner sugar
1 sick butter(room temp.)

Mix cake mix according to box in 2 layers.
Let layers cool and split each making 4 layers.
Wash strawberries and cut in half, put sugar over berries and let set while cake is cooking.
Mix other ingredients together.
Start layering cake, filling mixture, strawberries.

This is also good to use peaches, or blueberry pie filling. I keep in refrigerator. Better if cooked the day before.
