6 Boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts, cut in half
2 sleeves Ritz Crackers, crushed
1 stick Butter, melted
3 Tbsp Poppy Seeds
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
16 oz Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix cracker crumbs, butter, and poppy seeds together. Sprinkle 3/4 of the crumb mixture in the bottem of a 9x13 baking dish. Lay the chicken pieces on top of the cracker mixture. Mix the soups and sour cream together and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the soup/sour cream mixture. Bake 1 hour.
