1 c. sugar
3 T. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. nonfat sour cream
1 qt. blackberries
1 9-in. deep dish pie crust

For Topping:
1/2 c. party round crackers, crumbled
2 T. sugar
1 T. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and salt in a bowl until uniform consistency. Blend in the sour cream. Put blackberries in pie crust and spread the sour cream mixture over the berries.

For Topping: Combine crackers, two tablespoons sugar and butter. Mix well and sprinkle over top of pie.

Bake in preheated 375 º oven for 45 minutes.

Every summer we pick blackberries up on Piney Mountain where our cabin is located. We use them to make this recipe as well as cobbler and blackberry preserves.
