Salad:
20 crushed Ritz crackers
lettuce
Dressing:
mandarin oranges
1/2 tsp. onion powder
chow mein noodles
1 tsp. poppy seeds
4 chicken breasts
dash of salt
1 egg
1 tsp. mustard
1 TB. orange juice
3/4 c. sugar
1 TB. molasses
1/3 c. vinegar
1 TB. honey
1 c. oit

Directions:
Directions:
Mix egg and oj together, add molasses and honey. Dip chicken in and then dip in bread crumbs. Bake @ 400º for 30-35 minutes. Cut into strips. combine dressing ingredients and shake well. In a large bowl layer--lettuce, chicken, mandarin oranges, and chow mein noodles. Serve the dressing on the side.
