Meatballs:
16 cubes provalone cheese
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Sauce:
1 egg
3 garlic cloves
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 TB. olive oil
1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 pinches red pepper flakes
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomato
1/2 med. onion, minced
15-20 basil leaves
handful of parsley
oregano
4 shakes of worchestershire
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meatball ingredients, except cheese cubes. Form into balls. Press 1 cube of cheese into each one and form ball around cheese. Bake @ 425º for 20 min. Combine remaining ingredients in pan, simmer till meatballs are done. Add meatballs. Serve on buns.

Extra sauce is great on pizza. You can also serve this on spaghetti.
