desired amount of sweet potatoes
1c. butter
1 1/4c. brown sugar

Directions:
Cook potatoes until not quite done, peel and slice. Melt butter and brown sugar in electric skillet. Put in potato slices and brown--SLOWLY! Till brown and caramelized.
