6 TB. butter, divided
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. flour, divided
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 TB butter, 1/2c. flour and brown sugar. Set aside. Beat 4 TB. butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Add flour and buttermilk, alternately, till just combined. Fold in raisins. Put in muffin tins and top with reserved topping. Bake @ 350º for 20-25 minutes.
