1 1/2c. blueberries
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 TB. baking powder
1 1/2-2 TB. melted butter
1 stick marg.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the dry ingredients, cut in the butter. Take out 1 cup of the crumbs, drizzle with the melted butter, mix and set aside. Add the wet ingredients, it will be slightly lumpy, fold in blueberries. Fill muffin cups and sprinkle with reserved topping. Bake @350º for 20 minutes.

My mom and I always make this at the Witvoet's cottage when we are there. You can also bake it in loaf pans instead of muffin tins.
