8 oz. cream cheese
fresh grated Parmesan cheese
2 plum tomatoes
fresh chopped basil
2 TB. Italian dressing
Directions:
Directions:
Spread cream cheese on plate. Combine the tomatoes and dressing. Spread over cream cheese. Top with basil and cheese. Serve with crackers.

My friend gave me this recipe, and it is really simple and really good. And I don't even like tomatoes!
