3 cookie crumb pie shells
1/2 c. margarine, melted
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 large cool whip, thawed
1 can sweetened condensed milk
3 1/2 c. fresh peaches
caramel ice cream topping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and toast in 350º F. oven for 8 minutes; margarine, coconut, and pecans. Set aside to cool, and then mix together: cream cheese, cool whip and condensed milk. Then fold in: peaches.
Pour into cookie pie crusts. Place toasted nut mixture on top of pie. Dribble with caramel. Freeze pies over night. Will stay good in freezer for several months. When ready to serve: zap in microwave for 30 seconds, cut, return remaining pie to freezer.
