1 c. Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
1 c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Carol Powder
1/3 c. Evaporated Milk
1/4 c. Butter
1/2 c. Peanut Butter
1/2 c. Peanuts

Place oats in a layer in a 15x10x1 in. baking pan.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 min., stirring occasionally.
In a sauce pan, combine sugar and carol powder.
Add milk and butter.
Bring to full, rolling boil over med. heat.
Boil gently for 1 min., stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter.
