1 c. Shortening
1 c. Brown Sugar
1 c. White Sugar
1 c. Crushed Pineapple
1 c. Nuts
2 Eggs
4 c. Sifted Flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Soda
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients.
Beat until well mixed.
Drop by teaspoon onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350° until lightly browned.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before taking from baking sheet.
