9 c. liquid (combination of beef broth and water)
3 c. corn meal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
In large pan, bring liquid to a boil. In bowl, combine corn meal, flour and salt. Using wire whisk, slowly add corn meal mixture to liquid. Continue stirring until mixture thickens. Might to add more corn meal to thicken. Should be almost too thick to stir. Cover, simmer 15 min., stirring often. Pour into greases loaf pans. Refrigerate. When ready to serve, slice and fry in skillet with a little cooking oil. You can freeze this.
