2/3 C canned pumpkin filling
1 C Sugar
3 Eggs
3/4 C Self-rising flour
1 Tsp Cinnamon

Filling Ingredients:
8 oz Pkg Cream Cheese
1 C Sugar
3/4 Tsp Vanilla
2 Tbsp softened butter
Directions:
Directions:
Roll: Combine all ingredients, pour batter on cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Bake at 350º for 10-12 be careful not to overbake. Turn out to a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar and roll up until cool. Prepare filling by combining all ingredients in a bowl until and mix until smooth. Once roll cools, unroll, spread filling mixture evenly and re-roll.
