4 Halibut Steaks

Chermoula
small bunch of fresh cilantro
1 C. parsley sprigs
1 cloves garlic
1/2 C. lemon juice
2 t. grated lemon rind (zest)
1 t. ground cumin
1 t. ground paprika
ground black pepper to taste

1. Broil steaks 5 inches from heat, or grill over med coals or can be prepared in a lightly greased non-stick pan until flesh just flakes (do not overcook)
Serve w/ Chermoula
2. To make Chermoula:
While fish is cooking, place all ingreds in food processor, process until well combined. Serve w/ fish
