1 can chopped tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
1 cup chicken broth
1 (6oz) jar clam juice
1 1/2 c heavy cream
2 T tomato paste
1 t Beau Monde (or celery salt)
1/8 t cayene pepper
1/2 t garlic salt
salt & pepper to taste
Choice of seafood clams, crab, lobster, fish flakes etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Puree tomatoes in a food processor. Pour into a medium boiler. Add chicken broth, tomato paste, clam juice, and seasonings. Bring to a boil and simmer until slightly reduced. To finish, remove boiler from burner add seafood and heavy cream stirring well. Return to stove & heat through, but do not boil.

I used already cooked seafood. If using fresh, you can cook in liquid before adding cream. Do not over cook.
