3 Tbsp margarine
3 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
2 cups turkey or chicken broth
1 1/2 cups finely cut up chicken or turkey
2/3 cup chopped apple
1 medium stalk celery
2 Tbsp chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare crepes, keep covered to prevent drying. Heat margarine over low heat. Add flour and salt. Cook til bubbly. Stir in broth. Boil 1 minute or until thickened. Mix chicken, apple, celery, onion and 3/4 cup thickened broth. Place 1/4 cup of chicken mixture on center of each crepe and roll up. Place crepes seam-side-down in 9x12 baking dish. Pour remaining broth over crepes. Cook uncovered at 350º until crepes are hot, about 20 minutes.
