3 extra large eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup fresh zucchini
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix and pour into greased bread pan. Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes.
