4 matzos
1/2 c. water
1 medium onion, chopped
2 T. cooking fat
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper
1/4 tsp. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 T. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble matzos . Sprinkle with water. Brown onion in hot fat. Add salt, pepper, sugar, and eggs to matzos. Mix well. Turn in to pan with onion. Stir lightly over low flame until mixture is slightly dry. Cool. Add parsley.
