2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion (diced)
3 can Mexican Tomatoes
1 can Chili Hot Beans
1 can Mexican Corn
1 can Shoe Peg Corn
1 can Green Chili Peppers, Chopped
1 package Taco Seasoning
1 package Ranch Dressing Mix, Original

Directions:

Brown ground beef and drain. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hours.

Each Thanksgiving we enjoy this Stew at Don and Brenda's home in Blackshear, GA. Great served with Tortilla Chips, sour cream, Mexican Cheese and sliced Jalapeņos.
