2 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
2 - 15.2 cans fruit cocktail
1 - large box instant vanilla pudding
3/4 cup chopped pecans (mix in 1/4 cup and reserve the rest to roll the ball in)
Directions:
Directions:
Chop fruit cocktail in food processor and pat dry. Mix all ingredients and shape into a ball. Roll in the leftover pecans. Serve with crackers.
