Ingredients:  
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cups cucuzza squash, cubed
2 cups potatoes, cubed
3 cloves garlic minced
1 can stewed tomatoes
2 cups mixed vegetables, canned or frozen

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' potatoes in olive oil until golden
Add garlic and saute' additional minute
Add cucuzza and saute' 2 minutes
Add tomatoes and vegetables and simmer 30 minutes
