1 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 1/4 c. oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 shakes allspice, ground cloves
3 c. apples
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, brown sugar, and eggs till creamy.
Mix in oil, flour, cinnamon, allspice, and cloves.
Stir in apples then pour into an 8x8 casserole dish.
Bake at 325º 50-55 minutes.
