3 sticks butter
3 cups sugar
3 cups Cake Flour
8 oz cream cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp Vanilla flavoring
1 tsp salt

Icing:
3 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 stick of butter
food coloring
1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, cream cheese, and butter until fluffy. Add eggs one a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add flour and salt gradually, beating well. Stir in vanilla flavoring. Pour into greased large bundt pan. Bake for one hour at 350º. For icing mix all ingredients thoroughly, add tiny amount of milk & drizzle over cooled cake.
