4 med sweet potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ginger
Lime wedges
Vanilla yogurt for dipping

Preheat to 400
Heat baking sheet in oven while you...
Slice sweet potatoes into GATORS: 1/2 lengthwise, then into 3 wedges
Mix up the olive oil and spices and either drizzle over Gators on the baking sheet or...
Toss in baggie with Gators and shake to coat them
Arrange on the hot baking sheet
Cook for about 15 minutes, then turn over with spatula
Cook about 15 minutes more until crisp and golden on bottom but soft in middle
Remove from oven, season with salt and pepper
Squeeze lime wedges over Gators
Serve with vanilla yogurt for dipping and extra lime wedges
Act like it took A LOT of work and effort to make this recipe

This is a great recipe because it's almost foolproof. You can adjust oil and spices to your taste. The cumin, lime and vanilla yogurt really make it. Even if you overcook, it's just a little mushy but still tastes awesome. Recipe named in honor of the amazing FLORIDA GATORS!!!
