3/4 cup (cube and half ) softened margarine
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup shopped nuts
1 8 oz package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
9 oz container whipped topping
Two 4 1//2 oz pkgs. chocolate instant pudding (or flavor of choice)
3 cups milk

Heat oven to 375º

Mix margarine, flour,1/2 cup chopped nuts and spread thinly in 9 x 13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Cool. Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup of whipped topping. Spread over crust layer. Blend pudding and milk. Pour over second layer. Top with remaining whipped topping and sprinkle with remaining nuts. Chill 4 to 5 hours. Freezes well.
