4 breasts
4 lemon
2 lime
1 bunch green onions (diced)
2 tsp salt
Peppercini or any hot yellow pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
BBQ (recommended) or you can back the chicken. Only season with salt and pepper for cooking. Once chicken is cooked dice chicken. Add lemons, lime, salt and green onions.

Be carefull with the peppers I would recomend seperating a small amount of the chicken out and testing it until you find a pepper that works. My favorite is pepercinis.
Cover and place in fridge.

In Guam this is a side dish.

Serve with rice and tortilla and you will be full.
