4 chicken breast (skinless)
1/2 cup pesto spread
1 cup salsa
Fresh cilantro (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
If you have chicken with skin then cut skin off (you dont have to get all of it just the main portion)
Cut a pocket in each of the chicken breast and fill the pocket with salsa. Spread the pesto on the entire outside of the chicken. Sprinkle cilantro over chicken.
Cook at 425º for 45 minutes, take out and serve.
