3 c. sugar
3/4 c ( 1 1/2 sticks ) butter
2/3 c. Carnation evaporated milk (5 oz.)
12 oz. pkg. Nestle semi-sweet chocolate pieces
7 oz. jar Kraft marshmallow cream
1 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, butter, and milk in heavy 2 1/2 to 3 quart saucepan; bring to full rolling boil. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat or until candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees, stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat; stir in chocolate pieces until melted. Add marshmallow cream, nuts, and vanilla flavoring; beat well until well blended. Pour into a buttered 9" x 13" pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares. Yields 3 pounds.
