1/2 cup butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

FROSTING
4 T butter
1 cup powdered sugar
vanilla
cream

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Cream butter, add sugar and beat until smooth. Add eggs, cream and vanilla and blend until smooth. Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together, mix well. Add nuts. Drop on cookie sheet by teaspoons full. Bake until lightly browned


For frosting, cream butter and powdered sugar together. Add vanilla and enough cream to make spreading consistency.
