3 cloves garlic, skin on
2 tsp. olive oil, divided
2 roasted red peppers, drained
1/2 C plain Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Wrap garlic cloves in foil with 1 tsp. olive oil and bake 12 minutes or until caramel in color and skin starts to peel off. Peel completely.

Pulse all ingredients in food processor until combined. Season with salt and pepper. Pour into bowl, chill 1 hour covered.

Serve garnished with wonton chips.
