8 oz uncooked linguine pasta
2 cups sugar snap peas
2 tbsp butter
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1-1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup chicken broth
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dill weed
1/4 tsp thyme leaves
1/4 tsp rosemary leaves
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup heavy cream

Directions:

Cook pasta according to package directions, add sugar snap peas during the last 3 to 4 minutes of cooking. Drain.

In a large skillet, melt butter and add mushrooms and onion. saute 3 to 4 minutes.

Whisk together broth, flour, salt, and herbs; add to skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, simmer 2 minutes. Add wine and cream; gently stir in shrimp. Cook until heated through. Serve over pasta and snap peas.
